Advice: What to do in Tokyo

Hi everyone,

Have you been to Tokyo? Do you know someone cool there? My family and I are travelling there for a seven day holiday in a few weeks and I'm looking for suggestions on what to do, where to go, what to see...

    If you want to go parting, Roppongi is the place to go! Clubs are opening until morning. For feeling old downtown atmosphere and buying souvenir, visit Asakusa and Ya-ne-sen (This is shorten name of area include Yanaka, Nedu and Sendagi). Want to see art? go to Ginza there are lots of small art galleries all free to enter. Funny experience? Ask people where is the closest Sento, which is traditional public bath, you can find one in all area. Enjoy!!

    Go to Asakusa to get your tourist and souvenir fix (and try some amazing food from little stalls studded through the market) before getting some peace at the temple and gardens behind =)
    Go to Akihabara to get your technology fix.
    Go to Harajuku to see some kooky outfits, buy cute socks and visit Kiddyland (kid and adult heaven!).
    Take a wander through the Meiji gardens and shrine.
